During our counselling sessions I invite you to share your current difficulties and past experiences, and my aim is to help get to know yourself better and to recognise behavior patterns, internal processes, to connect more with your feelings which will help change your state of being, to find a way out of difficulties and to find your answers. In my experience, what helps the most is a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, which reveals personal opportunities for growth and change.
In therapy sessions we explore what is important to you right now – any life difficulties, recurring problems and symptoms, past experiences, and feelings that arise during sessions. I’m also mindful of material from the unconscious – your dreams, images, bodily sensations.
